Founder & Systems Queen
Based in Lincolnshire, Jen is the brains behind Landscapers VA and the first person you’ll speak to.
She’s obsessed with clean systems, smart automation, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Turning admin chaos into calm, repeatable processes is kind of her thing.
Her background includes client management, team systems, and ops, and she’s worked directly with trade businesses across the UK.
She lives with her family, two German Shepherds, and a love of colour-coded workflows. Nothing makes her happier than turning admin chaos into smooth daily systems.
Tash
Operations Manager & Graphics
Tash leads day‑to‑day operations at Landscapers VA, overseeing client accounts and ensuring each VA is trained to a consistently high standard. She manages quality control, and VA performance — making sure clients get reliable, professional support that actually works.
Alongside operations, she handles client‑facing support, design, and branded materials.
Based in Yorkshire, she brings calm leadership, fast turnaround times, and a sharp eye for detail. If something needs organising, refining, or overseeing, Tash has it covered
Cassie
Bookkeeping & Finance Support
Cassie is AAT-qualified and runs the numbers like a machine. From reconciling accounts to chasing invoices and preparing your books for your accountant, she handles the money end of your business with zero drama. She lives in Lincoln with her family and is currently studying tax law because yes, she really loves this stuff. If your receipts are in a carrier bag, she’s your person.
Ally
Copywriting & Client Comms
Ally handles all things words, blogs, website copy, emails, and messaging that sounds like you but sharper. Based near Hull, she brings years of content experience plus a love of straight-talking communication. She’s also a part-time digital nomad who fits admin around exploring the world. Every team needs someone who can chase a quote and a boarding gate in the same day.
