The founder of Landscapers VA and the calm head behind the scenes. While our clients are out building incredible gardens, Jen is keeping the wheels turning, the team moving and making sure nothing important gets missed. Whether it's improving processes, supporting clients, solving problems or spotting a better way of doing something, she's usually three steps ahead.

Jen has an annoying habit of spotting things nobody else has noticed yet. Whether it's a process that could run smoother, a missed opportunity, or a potential issue hiding around the corner, she's usually already working on a solution before anyone realises there's a problem.
If there's a way to make life easier for a client, she's going to find it.

As Operations Manager, she's the person helping keep everything connected. While clients are busy winning work and delivering projects, Tash is behind the scenes making sure enquiries don't go cold, communication stays on track and the team has what they need to deliver an amazing service. She thrives on variety, loves solving problems and genuinely enjoys helping landscaping businesses grow.

From lead management and customer communication to internal projects and process improvements, Tash has a knack for taking chaos and turning it into organised action. When things get busy, she gets focused. When something breaks, she finds a solution. When there's a challenge to overcome, she's usually halfway through fixing it before anyone else notices.

✅ Started her career in Art & Design before moving into Executive PA and business support roles.
✅ Loves building systems, improving processes and finding better ways of doing things.
✅ Is currently studying for a Professional Diploma in Garden Design because apparently she wasn't busy enough already.

With over 15 years of accounting experience, she's the person keeping finances accurate, payments reconciled and reports up to date. But she's not just about spreadsheets and bank reconciliations. Cassie genuinely enjoys getting to know clients and helping them gain a clearer understanding of their business finances so they can make confident decisions.
